As New Caledonian flag carrier, Aircalin is proud to present menus that promote ingredients and recipes from New Caledonia.
In November and December, passengers travelling on our flights will have the opportunity to find out and taste Marlin curry.
Native of Mexico, the papaya conquered the New Caledonian tables by its fruity flavor and its inimitable taste. Its soft and delicious flesh adapts either as salty as sweet.
