We regret to inform you that, due to a technical issue affecting one of our aircraft, flights SB500-SB501 Nouméa–Bangkok–Paris–Bangkok–Nouméa scheduled for 17 August 2026 have been cancelled and are currently awaiting rescheduling.
Our teams are doing everything possible to offer a new solution as soon as possible.
In order to receive all information related to their trip, we invite now our affected customers to go to My booking page to check and update their personal contacts.

Following our previous communication regarding the rescheduling of flights SB500 and SB501, originally scheduled for Saturday, 15 August 2026, we confirm that flights via Singapore scheduled for Monday, 17 August 2026, are now confirmed.
Flights are schedule as follows, in local time:
Flight SB740 from Noumea to Singapore
- Departure from Nouméa, Monday, 17 August at 01:00 AM
- Arrival in Singapore, Monday, 17 August at 07:20 AM
Flight SB741 from Singapore to Noumea
- Departure from Singapore, Monday, 17 August at 11:10 AM
- Arrival in Nouméa, Monday, 17 August at 10:50 PM
The new travel itineraries have been sent by email and SMS to all affected passengers.
Our teams remain fully mobilised to assist the affected passengers and enable them to reach their destination under the best possible conditions.

Flights SB500 and SB501 scheduled for 15 August 2026 have had to be rescheduled to 16 August 2026 due to a technical issue with one of our aircraft.
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that these flights will not be able to operate on 16 August 2026. This is because additional time is required to complete maintenance and ensure the aircraft is repaired.
We plan to rebook the journeys of the affected customers as soon as possible. At this stage, most of these rebookings would involve a flight via Singapore on Monday 17 August 2026, although this is yet to be confirmed:
- Departure from Nouméa: 01:00
- Arrival in Singapore: 07:20
- Departure from Singapore: 11.10
- Arrival in Nouméa: 22.50
Customers travelling to and from Paris and to and from Bangkok have already received their new itineraries.
Customers travelling between Nouméa and Paris or between Nouméa and Bangkok will very shortly receive their new itinerary by email and text message, including this flight via Singapore, which will be confirmed on the afternoon of Sunday 16 August 2026.
Should there be any further changes, we will keep them informed as soon as possible by email, text message and on our website.
We are fully aware of the impact this situation is having on our customers’ travel plans.
