If the situation requires it, air transport with Air Calédonie may be reactivated with shuttle buses organised between the RAI bus station, the former CHT car park, and Magenta aerodrome. In this case, baggage would be strictly limited to a single item weighing 23 kg per passenger.
If you live near or to the north of the airport, and are travelling directly to Tontouta by your own means, access will be authorised 3 hours before take-off.
Please note the Tontouta parking lot will be closed, but the drop-off area will remain open, and rental car returns are possible in the rental car parking lot.
The Business Hibiscus lounge is not available in this context.

Shuttle buses are available to and from the RAI bus station, formerly the CHT car park, meeting at 8am.
Passengers do not need to go directly to Magenta.
If you need to travel directly to Tontouta on your own, you must be there 3 hours before departure with your ticket.
Please note:
- Tontouta parking will be closed, but the drop-off area will be open, and rental car returns are possible at the rental car parking.
- No excess baggage will be allowed; please adhere to the 23kg limit for one bag.
- A VISA is mandatory for entry into New Zealand, and you must have all formalities up-to-date to board.
